Our inn is in the quiet of Volastra (from latin Vicus Oleaster - the village of olives), a village surrounded by olive trees and terraced vineyards, which are the precious heritage of a century-long work.
Niria has three large double rooms. Inaugurated in 2004, the property features a fresh and neat style, ensuring guests comfort and harmony in a cosy environment.
The large terrace makes it possible to spend quiet breaks admiring the crystal-clear sea and the marvellous view, and enjoying the garden's scent and the shadow of olive trees.
The parking place next to the inn, makes it easier to arrive and depart. Our name is the union of Nino and Maria, the two people who made the realisation of this inn possible.
Volastra is situated in the very heart of the National Park of Cinque Terre, on top of Manarola hills. The other side of the village faces a wonderful panorama over sheer cliffs spotted with small bays and beaches. In the past centuries, the local population built several thousands of kilometres of dry stone walls to create terraces and grow vine and olive trees. The CAI paths and the steep tracks which crisscross this area give wanderers the opportunity to enjoy unique views over the sea.
Thanks to its landscape and environmental and cultural heritage, the National Park of Cinque Terre has been declared UNESCO "World Heritage".
Niria is certified with the Quality brand of Cinque Terre National Park. Such brand guarantees both quality and environmental protection.
